ENTRANCE AGE

A student, who is a Hooksett resident, entering the first grade at the Hooksett elementary
schools must be six years of age on or before September 30th. A child entering kindergarten
must be five years of age on or before September 30th.
Students transferring into the district from another public school will be placed in the grade they
were previously enrolled.
