QUORUM

A simple majority of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

Board members unable to attend a meeting in person may participate via electronic means in
accordance with RSA 91-A:2,III. However, in all circumstances, a quorum shall only be met
when a quorum of the Board is physically present at the meeting.
